Rooted in healing.
Built for us.

We're healing the healers, so the community can heal. ♡

Our Story

Healing US Too was born out of my need to heal. As a clinician I was burnt out, exposed to vicarious trauma, dealing with my and the community's/clients'/systems' and personal challenges… feeling like I'm supposed to know how to regulate.

My nervous system was out of whack. I had major anxiety, weight gain, mood dysregulation — and so did my colleagues, coworkers, and friends.

So I decided to find a solution. As I healed, we healed. We are Healing US Too.

Our Why

Because healing is not a luxury. It's our liberation.

We heal so we can show up whole. For ourselves, our families, our communities, and the work we've been called to do.

When we heal together, we break cycles, restore balance, and build a future where all of us can thrive.

Our Values

Ancestral Wisdom — We honor the knowledge and traditions that came before us.

Holistic Healing — We address mind, body, spirit, and community.

Cultural Rootedness — We center Black and Brown brilliance in all that we do.

Compassion & Care — We lead with empathy, dignity, and love.

Transformation — We are committed to growth, individually and collectively.

Our Promise

We walk with you. We don't believe in quick fixes. We believe in deep healing, real tools, and lasting change.

You are seen. You are valued.
You are supported. You are not alone.
You belong here. Just as you are.
You are becoming everything you were meant to be.

Rooted in Ancestral Wisdom

We are guided by the teachings of our ancestors, the wisdom of the land, and the power of community. Guided by Ma'at (Balance), Ubuntu (I am because we are), Sankofa (learn from the past), Tondici (Gratitude), and Ase (the power to make things happen).

We remember. We reclaim. We rise.
